With over a year in development and rigorous testing by Red’s niece and nephew, We are proud and excited to announce our new Milk Chocolate line.  This low sugar, full flavor combination of milk chocolate with 56% Arriba National cacao will be sure to make you feel like a kid again.
Both bars are made with Arriba Nacional from Manabi, presenting a beautiful fruity aroma, with a creamy milk chocolate texture that easily melts on the tongue. The sugar content is just enough to give a sweet kick that leaves room for the other high quality ingredients to shine through. Unlike most Milk Chocolate whose first ingredient is sugar, Antidote's lists sugar as its last. Being a staunch supporter of healthy eating, Red wanted to create a bar that would appeal to younger generations who crave creamier chocolate, yet she wanted to instill an awareness of sugary moderation.
In taste, no matter your age, the lessened sugar content will never cross your mind, you’ll be too distracted by the “wow" melting on your tongue.
