In cool season we ship orders every day with USPS Priority, UPS and FedEx to guarantee orders to most states will arrive within 4-7 business days. Orders placed by 9am (EST) on business days typically ship same day. This time frame does not include weekends or national holidays and carrier delays can occur.  Free shipping of orders $99+

To save your Antidote from a meltdown, we ship with special cooling materials—yes, it costs more, but it’s worth it. Think of it as first class for your chocolate. 🍫✈️

In the summer all orders ship 2-3-day USPS Priority with insulation+ice.

Partial fee for ice+Insulated 3 day USPS Shipping $79 to $125 of $8.50

Partial fee for ice+Insulated 3 day USPS Shipping $45 to $79 of $12

Order Processing from June to September
We process and ship only Monday and Tuesday in the summer to dodge the weekend heat.  All orders after 9am Tuesday will ship the following Monday. During peak holidays (hello, chocolate season), processing may take a little longer.

In hot weather, we may hold orders to prevent your chocolate from becoming an accidental fondue. Thanks for trusting our judgment—we're watching the forecast so you don't have to. ☀️📦🍫

Sunshine is lovely—unless you’re chocolate. That’s why we armor up your order with ice packs and insulation.

To avoid a doorstep meltdown, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive it right away.

If your chocolate arrives damaged, snap a few photos of the packaging and the bars, and email us at sales@antidotechoco.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly issue a replacement.
