SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING CARRIER within the US
We ship FedEx to guarantee orders to most states will arrive within 1-3 business days. This time frame does not include weekends or national holidays. Shipping costs are $9 flat rate for FedEx 2nd Day. That is a 2-3 day service nationwide. Free FedEx 2nd day shipping on orders over $75.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We process orders every day as they come in and make our very best effort to ensure that every order goes out within 24-48 hours during business days. Please note additional time is needed during peak holiday rush times (Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day, etc)
During hot weather (Summer) our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. We may at our discretion, depending upon the weather conditions, choose not to ship out orders on any other day. This is to prevent the chocolates from melting in transit.
ANTIDOTE WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Warm weather is chocolate’s worst enemy, and we want to ensure you are receiving your chocolate in the best condition to indulge. We'll include an ice pack and insulation.
During the summer, we highly encourage shipping your chocolate to an address where someone will be able to receive the order immediately when it is out for delivery to avoid the chocolate melting if it is left outside in the sun. In the summer we ship Tuesday and Thursday, kindly allow some time to receive.
Here at Antidote we care about the environment, which is why we try to reduce waste when shipping orders and evaluate the right box or padded envelope for each order. We recycle and minimize packaging material with just enough padding to ensure you receive your chocolate in the best conditions!
As a retailer of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are here to help!
*Antidote is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or invalid addresses. Any returned items due to the wrong address being provided will be charged appropriately.
RETURN POLICY FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES
Should you experience any damage, please take images of the damaged chocolate (packaging and chocolate) and email us at email@example.com and we would be happy to send a replacement order or send a refund. Replacement or Refund request need to be emailed within 24 hours of delivery.
