So who is our next star?

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to grow Antidote to achieve the set revenue targets. This role requires you to grow the business and increase brand awareness through three key focus areas:

1) Existing Business

  • Retain customers & strengthen relationships with key accounts
  • Increase breadth of products ordered
  • Increase amount of orders

2) New Business

  • Source new high value accounts
  • Engage inbound leads
  • Complete the client onboarding process 

3) Marketing

  • Drive sales to online store
  • Brand awareness programs
  • Manage all social media accounts

Part-time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to enable all members of the team to achieve their goals and ensure the business is operating at peak performance. The hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 1pm. This role requires you to manage key tasks in these 3 areas:

1) Red’s Little Things

  • Manage CEO from getting bogged down in taking on little things
  • Mangage inventory & inbound cargo
  • Plan/forecast production amounts
  • Coordinate with all vendors

2) Sales Support

  • Social Media posting
  • Sales reporting
  • Send out samples & confirm receipt
  • Check office mail / voicemail

3) Bookkeeping

  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Bank deposits
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with all customers & vendors

  • Excellent Quickbooks & Accounting Knowledge
  • Trustworthy
